

Scammed After Hours? Take These Steps…
Finding out you have been scammed can be stressful, especially outside of normal business hours. To help protect your accounts and take action right away, we've created a few steps you can follow until the bank reopens.
Debit Card Information Compromised?
- Log into your Online Banking and navigate to the "Card Management" tile, select your debit card, toggle off to place the card in a "warm status". This will temporarily shut down your debit card.
- You may also select "Report Lost/Stolen" to place it in a "hot card status". This will completely shut down your debit card.

Account & Routing Number Compromised?
- Don't initiate any additional payments.
- Try to secure funds into another account
- Setup notifications in online banking to notify you of any charges.
Money Already Sent Through a Third-Party?
- Immediately contact the payment service, wire service, cryptocurrency provider, gift card issuer or financial institution using verified contact information. Ask them if the transaction can be stopped or recovered.
Social Security Number or Personal Information Compromised?
- Freeze your credit and file a report with the Federal Trade Commission at www.identitytheft.gov or call 877-438-4338.

- Call or come by your local branch as soon as the bank has opened. Find your local branch here.
